Configure eSSL X990

Please consider the below points before integrating eSSL X990 with Okfit

  1. Manual Entry Required

With eSSL, the validity of the member needs to be manually updated on the device. Please check if your devices supports this feature. 

    

    2. Attendance Display Lag

Data from eSSL will be fetched at an interval of 5 minutes and it will not be shown in real-time on the software.

To integrate eSSL with your Okfit account, we required the below information from you:

1. IP Address of eSSL device

2. Serial Number of eSSL device

How to get eSSL IP Address?

1.⁠ ⁠Press MENU button

2.⁠ ⁠Select COMM option on screen

3.⁠ ⁠Click OK button to enter

4.⁠ ⁠Select ETHERNET option on screen

5.⁠ ⁠Click OK button to enter

6.⁠ ⁠Get the IP address

How to get eSSL Serial Number?
1.⁠ ⁠Press MENU button on device

2.⁠ ⁠Select SYSTEM INFORMATION

3.⁠ ⁠Select DEVICE INFORMATION

4.⁠ ⁠Get Serial number

Once you have the IP Address and Serial Number, please share them to [email protected]

Next, you need to configure ADMS on the eSSL device. Please see the below steps:


How to configure ADMS?

1.⁠ ⁠Press MENU button on device

2.⁠ ⁠Select COMM option in screen

3.⁠ ⁠Select ADMS and click OK to enter

4.⁠ ⁠Enable Domain Name: ON

5.⁠ ⁠Server Address: 101.53.157.243

6.⁠ ⁠Server Port: 8080

7.⁠ ⁠Enable Proxy Server: OFF

If configuration is successful, we should be able to see your device status as online on our e-push server.
