Unable to register new members and staff to access control device

When existing members are able to pass through the access control device but the device fails to register new fingerprints/RFID tags, it means the software is unable to communicate with the device.

The possible reasons for this could be:


Matrix access control disconnected from internet

Check whether the internet is active and the LAN cable is correctly inserted or wifi password is correctly configured on the device


Internet router reset or replaced

If the internet router was reset or replaced, it needs to be reconfigured. Please contact us at [email protected]


Static IP changed

Your static IP subscription could have ended and currently your ISP may have moved you to a public IP
