How to login to Okfit Manager app using OTP?

Staff roles who do not have web access enabled can still use the Okfit Manager app. They can login to the Okfit Manager app using OTP which is generated by the Admin from the web-portal.
Generate OTP
To generate the OTP for the staff, please follow the below steps:
- Login to the web-portal via Super Admin / Admin access
- On the left navigation menu, goto Staff > View Staff
- Click on the staff name to go into the Staff Profile
- On the Staff Info panel heading, click on Generate app OTP button
A OTP will be generated which can be shared to the staff for logging into the Okfit Manager app.
Use OTP
To login to the Okfit Manager app, click on Login with OTP and enter the 6 digit OTP generated on the web-portal.
This is a one-time activity and the staff will remain logged in to the app until they manually logout or re-install the app.
