Can I upgrade / downgrade my Okfit subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription by writing to us at [email protected]. 

Please make sure to let us know in advance as it may take 1 working day to make the required changes.

Subscription Upgrade

In case of subscription upgrade, you'll be asked to pay the balance amount to make the required upgrade changes.

Subscription Downgrade

In case of subscription downgrade, a credit note will be issue which will be automatically used in your future invoices.
